Neck Stretch

Neck pain is an incredibly common problem for a number of Americans. Fortunately, there’s something you can do to make things better. All it takes is standing with your back straight and your arms at your sides. Turn your head very slowly to the left, hold it for 5-10 seconds, then turn it slowly to the right and hold on that side for 5-10 seconds. To complete this stretch, move your head forward and put your chin on your chest, then hold that. Finish things off my slowly moving your head left to right, forward and back, and in a circle.

Back Stretch

Whether it’s due to sitting at a computer all day, not being active enough, or sleeping wrong, back pain is something that troubles a number of people. Start by laying on your back. Bend your left knee toward your chest, grab behind your knee, and pull towards yourself. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch to your right leg. Repeat a total of three times for each leg.

Shoulder Stretch

If your shoulders feel tight, this simple exercise is one you can do even when you’re at work. Start by sitting up straight and bringing your chin to your chest. Move your shoulders in a circular motion from front to back, repeat a dozen times, then reverse the motion from back to front and repeat that a dozen times. Your shoulders will be feeling better in no time!
